Joe gave us a very reasonable estimate, which he stuck with. He also worked with us to find the best time of year to get his truck and materials up the steep slope, and was great about staying in communication with us throughout the process. We asked him to convert the cabins small attic into a loft, with a ladder/stairs to get up there and a new window.
