"What a fantastic job! We previously had wood flooring in our kitchen and carpet in the adjoining great room. Footprints installed wood flooring in the area that was previously carpeted lacing it into the kitchen area so one can't tell where old ended and new began. A perfect match! They then sanded everything down, applied new stain and finish. Our installer, James, was meticulous; every detail was important to him. Highly recommended."

"Friendly, professional, courteous, and considerate, not only of flooring, but of my home and possessions. Great attention to detail. They were on time got right to work and got the job done sooner than expected. There were some tricky aspects to this job, they came up with creative solutions that hopefully will stand up overtime. They did offer to come back if anything goes wonky, which means a lot. Great attitude. seem to enjoy what they are doing, which is a great energy to have around."
