"Mike Harris and his team did an amazing job on my floors! My husband and I recently purchased a home built in 1956 and the hardwood floors were covered up with carpet. Not only did Mike take the time to help us figure out how to DIY a few things ourselves but he was knowledgeable and knew exactly how to continue to take care of our floors. I was very impressed that he even knew about the termite chemicals that would be bad for the new floors he installed. He was there everyday with his crew and I liked that he was present. "It was a pleasure working with Mario, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Mario?s team did a great job repairing my antique hardwood floor in my 110-year old house. There was water damage, dry rot and missing wood planks. They did a great job at blending in the new wood with the old wood. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly crew. The floors look beautiful! The job took 3 days total including two coats of oil-based polyeurthane. Once the work was completed I had to wait a total of 48 hours before I could move my furniture back in (24 hours for the oil-based polyeurthane to dry and another 24 hours for it to cure). The smell of the top coat is very strong for the first 2-3 days as expected due to it being oil-based and not water-based. I chose a semi-gloss finish, no staining necessary. The type of wood we had to purchase to match my old floors was very expensive, but blended in nicely."
