"Rob did an excellent job. I was very happy with his work. He came out to my house to show me different carpet styles and gave me an estimate within a few minutes. He walked me through the process and explained how he would install the new carpet. He recommended that I remove the old carpet and clean the surface myself first to save some money, which I appreciated. He kept me up to date as far as when the carpet would be in and trying to schedule a day with good weather. It was a rainy week, but the first sunny day he let me know he could come by later that day and got the job done within an hour or two. The new carpet looks great on my porch and definitely brought new life to it. I can't wait to sit outside and enjoy the weather!"

Dan took a Sunday appointment to come visit our new home and gave us a good price on refinishing the floors. His advice on recommendations for the floor were good, but it was his professionalism and confidence in their flooring capabilities are what sold us. We were working with one company and pursuing a quote from a second company before calling Irish Pride, but they were the best by far. Dan s response time and knowledge for his product we re a great first impression. The floors were in fair shape, despite the prior owner s neglect. One of the floors had a horrible stain and looked almost rotten. There was animal poop that was never cleaned up and eventually covered under carpet. Other problems included spackle or paint all over the floors. My goal was to fix that spot and others that were just as gross as much as possible with the expectation that it might not work out too bad, but Dan was confident that he could make it look beautiful again. I didn t think that they would be able to make it look that good, but halfway through, it looked like a totally different floor. I was truly amazed. On the day of the work order, the guys showed up on time for the job, unpacked their equipment quickly and got to work. One guy went in one room doing the edging, the other doing the main area. They had an efficient system of working together and were able to get a 2-3 day job done by the end of the day. I could not have imagined the results. I would absolutely recommend Irish Pride Hardwood flooring for any future floor refinishing needs. They know what they re doing and have the right equipment for the job. This was one of the best investments made to the house so far, and I am glad that I have found someone reliable to protect my investment."

"Love the new flooring and carpeting. Quick turnaround time and reasonably priced. The salesman was very good. Negatives: The flooring installer damaged my antique baby grand piano and nicked paint off the wall moving furniture. The carpet installer put a hole in my wall moving something. Neither mentioned it to me; I found the damage while cleaning up. Spoke with 2 different people regarding this and have yet to see any resolution."

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."
