"These two brothers are the best, They completely removed and disposed of my old carpeted floor and replaced with white Oak hardwood floor, They also replaced all the old (1970) under flooring, with new thicker wood. then sanded , stained and sealed the whole house, It came out beautiful. During the project, it was mentioned that removing the old floors took longer than expected, followed by a comment that they wouldn’t charge extra for it. That felt unnecessary, since the timing estimate should have been accounted for upfront. Also, I noticed a few small holes in the bathroom grout. It’s a small space and not a major issue, but something I think could have been tightened up a bit more. Overall, the final result looks great, and I’d still consider them for future projects, but a bit more attention to communication and finishing details would make the experience even better."
