"It has been a few years now so I feel I have a solid handle on the totality of the experience. The carpet installation was quick and painless. Foreman spoke decent enough English, but the crew did not. That in and of itself is not a knock. It is just a fact. The installation did not hold over time. The carpet was/is holding up very well but the base level pad is simply not good. It compressed to near uselessness downstairs well before it should have. Tacs were poking through on the stairs from day one. Carpet was not pulled tight enough downstairs either. To top it all off, in my opinion the cost did not suit the quality of installation. I have since replaced the flooring downstairs."

"IT TOOK A GOOD WHILE BETWEEN MY ORDER DATE AND THE ACTUAL WORK PERFORMANCE AND COMPLETION DATES.  THE DOOR FRAME WORK WENT WELL AND QUICKLY BUT THE VENT COVER GOT COMPLICATED.  THE COMPLICATIONS WERE NOT DUE TO THEIR WORK.  THE VENT WAS SO ROTTED IT HAD TO BE REPLACED (NOT REPAIRABLE) WITH A SPECIAL PART ORDERED AND AN ADDITIONAL COST (WHICH WAS UNKNOWN AT THE START BUT THAT HE REPORTED TIMELY AND HE ORDERED FOR ME).  THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKS GOOD.
