Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. His quote was quite reasonable, and he explained in detail the process for installing the new carpet. Jim was professional, friendly and informative, and it was obvious that he takes great pride in his work. He is extremely conscientious and respectful of your furniture and personal belongings. Jim completed my carpet installation in less than two days without a helper. 528 SF of carpet was replaced including stairs, and I am delighted with the results. On a scale of 1 to 10, Advanced Carpet Installations deserves a 12. However, the highest rating that Home Advisor has is 5, so that will have to suffice. From the initial contact to completion of the job, the service was outstanding. Jim worked quickly and efficiently. He is honest and trustworthy and just an overall nice guy, I believe that you would be extremely pleased utilizing Advanced Carpet Installations for your flooring needs.
