"Love the new flooring and carpeting. Quick turnaround time and reasonably priced. The salesman was very good. Negatives: The flooring installer damaged my antique baby grand piano and nicked paint off the wall moving furniture. The carpet installer put a hole in my wall moving something. Neither mentioned it to me; I found the damage while cleaning up. Spoke with 2 different people regarding this and have yet to see any resolution."

"Pitt is a very friendly, flexible, hard working, and detail oriented small business owner. He was very courteous and did a meticulous job replacing a handful of cracked/chipped floor tiles in our kitchen and laundry room. He always arrived on time, got the job done quickly, and let the work areas in better condition than he found them. His work is top notch and his prices are extremely reasonable. It is hard to find good hard working people who do quality work with such at good attitude at a palatable cost. Pitt did all that and so much more. I'm very particular and don't generally write review, but without question, I would hire Pitt again. I liked him and his work so much I asked if he could recommend someone for a different project because I trust him that much. Good guy, good work, fair price, it's as simple as that. Thanks Pitt!"

"From start to finish this project was a complete joy because of the exceptional workmanship and overall professionalism from John' small job services. Our floor installers worked hard to get our job done. Very polite, showed up on time and cleaned up nicely. Could not be happier. Will use them again and again and would highly recommend them. Communication was top notch."

The rule of thumb is to add 10% for installations of under 1,000 square feet. If your installation is more than 1000 square feet, 7% is the appropriate adjustment. For diagonal installations or lower-grade hardwood products, 15% is the recommended adjustment.
Generally, you should leave a three quarter inch expansion space around the perimeter of your flooring. But this expansion should not affect your square footage measurements
It usually takes one to two days to complete vinyl sheet flooring installation. Your installation may require an extra day or two if you live in a humid climate.
