"I had a great experience with the team that assisted me with my water damage. From the beginning, they were professional, responsive, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered my questions, and handled everything with care and attention to detail. What impressed me most was the communication and customer service. I always felt informed about what was happening and what the next steps would be. The crew was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home throughout the entire process. Dealing with water damage is never something you want to go through, but having the right people there makes a huge difference. I truly appreciate the service I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water damage restoration services. 5 stars — thank you for taking such great care of me and my home!"

"I have used Anderson Flooring twice. That was excellent. Their speed and their proficiency really stood out. That particular service they really came in and hit it hard. They were in and out."

"Our wood floor was under a carpet for years. We could not believe how badly it needed to be redone when we removed the carpet. Bill took his time with attention to detail and transformed the floor into a thing of beauty! He had to travel from VA Beach everyday and stayed late on some days. We truly recommend him!"

"Worth every $. Miguel and his team installed almost my entire home with flooring and replaced all of the quarter round. Highly skilled guys who are perfectionists at what they do. Enough employees to finish the job on time, cleaned up and left my home and driveway spotless. Would highly recommend them."

"Bay Area Flooring was responsive and provided a fair estimate for the job. I would definitely consider them in the future. My only concern about this project is the ability to refinish the floor, considering the thickness of the existing floor."

"It has been a few years now so I feel I have a solid handle on the totality of the experience. The carpet installation was quick and painless. Foreman spoke decent enough English, but the crew did not. That in and of itself is not a knock. It is just a fact. The installation did not hold over time. The carpet was/is holding up very well but the base level pad is simply not good. It compressed to near uselessness downstairs well before it should have. Tacs were poking through on the stairs from day one. Carpet was not pulled tight enough downstairs either. To top it all off, in my opinion the cost did not suit the quality of installation. I have since replaced the flooring downstairs."
