"Bought a home that needed top to bottom renovations, including almost 2000 sq ft of new hardwood, another 2000 of old hardwood floors/steps/banisters refinished, another 2000 of luxury vinyl installed, and carpet steps ripped out and replaced with hardwood. Of ALL our MANY contractors (tile, electric, painting, handymen, etc), Masood was the one person who's team showed when he said he would 100% of the time, did a great job the FIRST time (one crew ripped up old carpet and installed all the hardwood in ONE day, and another crew installed the vinyl in ONE day as well - honestly, I didn't think that much could be done in so short a time). He provided great pricing and wonderful service, advising me which flooring would be more durable and ordering in a flooring I liked best rather than pushing me into something easier to get. Masood is very easy to work with and made sure everything was done well. We had used him at a previous house and been happy there as well, but the new flooring in this house made a huge difference. "Painted entire bathroom, put up linen closet wood shelves, put up 2 mirrors, 2 light fixtures, toilet paper holder, hand towel holder, regular size towel holder, 2 robe hooks, had to make a hole for jacuzzi tub to get to motor if we ever have a problem, put in a glass shelf above the tile around the tub, put handicap rail up, put in shower seat, put fixture in shower handle and shower head, tiled entire shower, above the tub, had to move the light switch like half an inch up, put on light switch covers, put up new blinds I had, painted door and put on new door knob.. I think I got it all lol.. It had a lot of little things that needed done, then the tiling, the floor tile was already done except the step to the tub which was a small step. All my sink & tub fixtures were already done. Everything that was put in I already had that we picked out years ago. I wish I could attach photos it's amazing!
