A closet floor needed leveling, I wasn't told about an additional cost, when the invoice was sent I mentioned that, my balance due was removed and I owed nothing more. They did an amazing job and I love my new waterproof plank floors. The extra planks were left with me and I appreciate that!!! Was a little miffed that one of the installers was a smoker and took at least 4 smoke breaks (outside) during the installation ."
