I initially reached out to him 3 months before I actually intended to do the work, and he was still very gracious with his time and provided some great recommendations. When we decided to move forward he and his team were prompt, professional, and hit the tight deadline I had put them under. I was doing multiple projects at the property that week but Eddie made sure everything was completed exactly how we wanted. Oh, and the floors look great! "Excellent work! I’ve been wanting to rip out carpeting and refinish my original 1910 hardwood flooring for years. Cliff and Superior Hardwood Flooring came highly recommended. He was very responsive, and after we discovered the original flooring wasn’t in as good condition as we thought, he explained my options. Cliff honestly told me most people would opt to just re-carpet, or he could patch and refinish but I most likely wouldn’t be happy with the results. I opted to totally redo the rooms with new wood.
