"Michael and Best Budget Flooring did a great job on my master bathroom. The workers came on time and clean up everything. The price was very reasonable."

"After searching for months to get a small tile installation I read reviews on Josh. They said he did good work and would take small or large jobs. I contacted him and he responded quickly. I needed 13 tiles replaced after a plumber had to bust up my my kitchen floor for a drainage problem. The tile was discontinued but Josh matched it as well as he could. He stayed late working on it then came back the next morning to finish up. My wife and I are very pleased with the work and with Josh. We highly recommend him."

"Lots of discussion on how to prepare a screen enclosed aggrigate patio for porcelin tile and some back and forth on the price but in the end, the installer, John prevailed and prepared the aggrigate surface properly and did a fine job of installation. The workmanship was terrific and the problems with Whitehouse Floors and More were lack of experience in this type of prepartion. Overall, great job and very happy with end result"

"Very professional, cleaned out my flower beds that had been neglected for years, also Cleaned out a rose bed and planed new roses. This was very labor intensive work that we could not do. So happy I called Rutwaller for this job. I have several other projects that he will be doing for me. I will recommend him to all my neighbors. Great Jot"

"I recently contacted the company, and the next day they were at my house on time and very courteous. The service man was very professional and kept me up to date as to the progress he was making. He worked great on my floor. Thank you for your determination!"

"Jose did a great job helping me install a mailbox, install two ceiling fans, filled in divots on my concrete walkway. and even filled in the mortar where the old mailbox was at the front porch wall. He was punctual, has a great attitude and worked efficiently. He and I got along fine. He's keen on customer input and give tips from his years of experience when appropriate. I would definitely hire him again. Jose is the man!"
