"I cannot say enough positive about Michael Madanat or his work. He is a gifted craftsman, and he is easy to work with, quickly responsive and kind. Our kitchen flooring was done by a contractor who went out of business after doing a very poor job. It looked dreadful and needed to be redone- bunching up and actually torn in places. I worked with Mr Madanat, selected the materials, and he provided some additional suggestions to highlight the floor, which I took. As can be seen it is a spectacular job- lightens the room, makes the room look bigger, and his suggestions popped it up even more. He and his wife are a great team, and I’ve already planned a second project working on another floor in the house- that’s how good he is. He will do one of our bathroom floors as well."

He stopped by twice before the job started, one for the quote and showed us what to consider (direction the flooring should run) and putting the floors we chose against the different walls to confirm that was the look we wanted.
