"Excellent, Sean did a fantastic job. We have not had any water come in since he repaired the crack and we have had a lot of rain . Sean and his father in-law "Poppy" were very personable and professional. We would highly recommend Sean and would not hesitate to use him again."

"They explained their system and the installation process in detail. They were very flexible and worked with our schedule to finish installation of French drain system before sale of house. Extra foundation work was needed, and they did that as fast as possible"

"I found a leak in my garage roof in the middle of winter. Because the roof was 25 years old I chose to replace rather than fix it. I was very impressed with the sales rep, and I am equally impressed with AB1. They came out and put a new roof on right after a huge snowstorm. They were very professional and did a great job--my new roof is gorgeous. There was one thing that they had agreed to do but which didnt happen. As soon as they realized this oversight, they sent out a crew to fix the problem immediately. My only regret is that I didnt have them do my house roof when it needed replaced a few years ago. I strongly recommend them."

"Professional company from start to finish! Anthony came out to inspect our basement, take measurements, and go over our options. We had a French drain and sump pump installed based on his recommendation. He spent a lot of time going over every detail and showed us pictures of the process. He was also very responsive and helpful when we called him back with additional questions. On the day of the install Jeffry and his crew did a fantastic job with everything! They knew exactly what to do based on what we had previously discussed with Anthony so we did a quick walk around and then they got to work. They did everything we anticipated plus went above and beyond in my opinion, even filling extra holes in our old stone foundation that we didn t mention and painting over those spots with dry lock to match what we had done before. Also some small changes to the plan on site that day did not increase the cost. They were courteous and cleaned up everything after the job was done. The best part is they were in and out in one day! Now we should not have to worry about water in our basement ever again especially because of the lifetime warranty. Thank you American Eagle Waterproofing!!"

"Several years ago, D&S did a fine job hardscaping our back yard. It was a big job, done with sensitivity and imagination. We were delighted at the time. After a few years, a few patio areas began sinking -- probably because of an old tree that had stood there, whose roots continued to decay. We called D&S, and Isaac came by within days to check it out. Although we expected to be charged at a maintenance rate, Isaac immediately volunteered that the repair would be taken care of for free, as part of their commitment to their customers.  He just asked that we wait for a convenient time for D&S to do the work. It did take a few reminder phone calls, but Isaac always confirmed they would do the work, and today their mason is here filling and relaying the affected area. I'm very impressed: D&S did a good job to start with, and unhesitatingly stood behind their product and maintained it, even when they could have blamed other circumstances. The pride and professionalism we observed back in 2008 are alive and well at D&S Landscaping."

"I hired them to repair a tile kitchen floor. The requirements were assessed very well, and the repair work done quickly with very good quality. The men doing the job were pleasant and professional. After cleaning up you would never know they had been there except for like new look of them floor."
