Kip Sterling was the lead project coordinator and he and his crew did an awesome job of installing a total of 31 segmental steel pressed piers around the exterior of the foundation and 5 piers installed though the slab floor inside the home. Upon completion, all the interior cracks virtually disappeared overnight. Our home is now firmly anchored in bedrock on all sides of the home. It’s not moving anywhere ever again! Amazing job all the way around. They have a lifetime transferable warranty in place and the price was very affordable, considering the size and scope of this job.
