I have been trying to resolve a problem for 6 months regarding part of the job that the workmen had mishandled. It was a minor, quick fix, but once I paid, they were gone for good. There were also some questionable communication practices, where the workmen would question a piece of the contract and try to negotiate a better solution than had been proposed for cash on top of the contract amount."
