Get matched with top foundation repair specialists in Arcadia, CA

"They were good. Matt was our inspector. We needed to get an inspection done on a new home and they came out with little notice and gave us a great breakdown and report. We are looking to hire them for the foundation repairs so I will let you know how the service goes beyond the inspection!"

"Dan was here this morning, showed him where water was leaking in over our slab and ruining the flooring in the master bedroom. He gave me the full range of possible remedies, from installing a eaves gutter on the roofline outside the bedroom to a full (very expensive) sealing of the entire exterior foundation. And actually recommended that we start with the gutter (which I can do myself) and then monitor the area next rainy season and see if that fixes the problem. No pressure to hire them or spend big $$, just good advice. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended- this is real service!"

"We hired AJB to put up a block wall and lay the foundation for a room. They did an excellent job! Both projects were performed with high quality and expertise! Highly recommended!"

"After finding a crack in my drywall I searched for a contractor to inspect my foundation. I spoke with Maya in the office who was pleasant and helpful setting up a meeting. I'm glad I called as after the inspection I learned my home's foundation had deteriorated and I needed repair. Joseph started the project right away and completed my foundation within the time frame agreed. I would definitely use MVP again!"

"Hutch was professional and personable , easy to talk to about my design for front yard. His experience in design suggested minor adjustment of my idea/drawings but willing to landscape any way of my preferences. His contract was thoroughly itemized and didn’t add any additional “surprise” costs. Payments were installments as project progressed. Hardworking Crew stayed on expected timeline. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Removed weeds and unwanted plants, prepped surface, laid weed barrier and installed Artificial turf in backyard, laid pavers and stone walkway. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden. Lined walkway and rose garden with pavers matching our flagstone. Our sewer line needed realignment which Hutch arranged to be repaired. Other company estimate quotes were either vague, didn’t itemize, or way over priced. Offered a few addresses for us to drive by to see his actual work which helped us on our decision to work with Hye Turf Design. I would highly recommend Hye Turf Designs. Thanks Hutch !"

"Conrad was so helpful and honest and thorough. He gave me a true assessment of my current system, what needed to be done to fix it, and didn't try to upsell me on any expensive repairs or new installations. Would recommend them to anyone."
