"Eric the consultant inspected the job site took the measurements he needed and gave us an explanation of how the work was going to be handled. He also offered a discount and scheduled our project for the following week. When the day came the crew arrived on time and went right to work. We will use them again in the future for our pool deck. Overall a great bunch of people and a greater service."

"Tim, Jake and Jesse were phenomenal to work with! They performed structural repair to the box beam and main beam. They showed up early everyday and worked diligently to finish the job to a high quality standard. Their customer service and reliability can't be beat. I would recommend Diggs to anyone with foundational repair needs!"

"To summarize quickly, I cannot speak highly enough of Diggs Building Technologies. I am absolutely blown away by what they accomplished and would hire them again without hesitation. Worth every penny. For the past 5 years, I have been restoring/rennovating a 1890 Balloon Frame Colonial in Tillson, NY. While the original house foundation was extremely well built and well-mainted, I canâ t say that much about the 2 story enclosed porch put on in the 1920â sâ ¦ The foundation was crumbling; the first floor walls were bowing out and the floor had settled 3+ inches. To further complicate the matter, all the mechnicals of the house (water, sewage, and gas) ran through that back porch foundation making the project extremely complex in scope. Despite these massive issues on the first floor, the 2nd floor of the porch was in great shape and it was important for us to find a builder who could rebuild the entire bottom half of the structure while also preserving the top. This was no small feat. Much to my surprise, Tim and his crew (alongside their engineer) were able to do just that. With precision, they navigated the mechanicals, removed the old foundation and floor and then went on to replace both of those elements. While doing this, the room above stayed untouched. Not one crack on the walls, not one bow in the floor, and shockingly - all 4 of the original casement windows still opened and close. Overall, they did an excellent job and I would hire them without hesitation again. If you are dealing with any foundation issues, I encourage you to hire Tim, Jake, and Jesse. They are the only team I would trust doing this type of work."

"Joe does fantastic work. The you can't even tell the section of the patio he repaired is not part of the original work. Good communication and fair pricing. I will definitely hire again."

"We cannot say enough good about Dylan, Seth and Tim. 3 very hard workers. Lifting heavy heavy loads of concrete and stone up my and down my cellar and porch steps. They never stopped for breaks. Great workers. Respectful and pleasant and knew their job requirements. Very careful with doors, floors etc It?s a messy job. ThankYou"

"He was courteous. He came on time as requested to come. He is easy to deal with and satisfactorily completed the job. I would recommend him."

"The most professional team. They are veteran's and they listen to your needs and take care of the problem . Great work Great work,"

"We hired Frank and his team for renovation work in two of our office spaces, and the entire experience was truly outstanding. From the initial discussions to the project's completion, Frank demonstrated an exceptional ability to take my vague ideas and shape them into concrete plans. Providing reasonable quotes on the spot, he made the entire estimation process smooth and transparent. Devon took charge of the projects from start to finish and proved to be incredibly helpful, friendly, and communicative throughout. Her assistance was invaluable and her clear communication made the entire process remarkably straightforward and painless. Frank's team delivered exceptional results on both projects. They were not only friendly and professional but also remarkably efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend Frank and his team to anyone seeking reliable and skilled professionals for renovation projects.
