"We hired Century Masonry & Waterproofing several years ago after suffering through several flooded basements. At a time when some contractors are out there trying to sell unnecessary services and products, Sean is an honest, consultative, helpful professional. He was able to identify problems with our existing sump pit and corrected them. He also identified the fact that the sump pit was not in the lowest point of our foundation and installed a second sump pit and pump there. Thankfully, and knock on wood, we haven't had an issue in years. Thank you Sean and Century Masonry & Waterproofing!"

The original inspection was completed for the original cost. The additional work, a check valve was performed on the same day the tech explained that this would prevent the back- up into the slop sink. However as the tech explained this is only a temp fix. We discussed different alternatives and his Boss , mr Fusco was suppose to call me with prices. He never called.
The tech who came was very polite and seemed knowledgable
For this reason I would not rate this provider as reliable

The entire process was incredibly smooth, Steve was very detailed in explaining step by step what was happening, he constantly and consistently checked-in to ensure all work passed his quality check. I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. I looked at a few waterproofing companies, and am glad I choose Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. They were reliable, efficient, had high-quality standard, and lastly upfront and honest. "I had water seepage through the blocks of my basement which got worse in one area over the years. I had another contractor doing outside work for me and I let him look at my basement. The guy wanted to replace the blocks for $$$$$! Fortunately I came to my senses and found Weather-Tite Waterproofing on the list last week. Well, it was my lucky day. I messaged them and within minutes Bob called me. He just happened to be heading my way anyway. Within a half hour he arrived. He was very professional and efficient as he assessed my basement and outside foundation. It turned out that the blocks were fine. The original drainage system in the house needed to be unclogged. The water had nowhere to go. He took his time to go over his proposal to put in a new drainage system. He was very informative and instructed me on what I needed to do. Over the weekend I hustled to get stuff out of the basement so that his team of 8 men could begin work on Monday.
Monday morning came and sure enough the men arrived promptly and got right to work. They very quickly got everything in their way moved. Paneling was removed and they covered everything up to protect it all from the dust. Then the excavation began. I left for work. By mid-morning Wednesday they were done cleaning up just as the snowfall outside started to get heavy. They did an excellent job! Now my basement is completely dry. I can't tell you how pleased I am with the whole experience. I highly recommend them.
