"Pat thoroughly inspected the property inside and out and made holistic recommendations to solve the suspected water problems. He was very professional and took time to explain his recommendations and considerations. Unlike the other companies I met with, he also provided options depending upon my budget and desire to start small or big and was willing to recommend a contractor to take down and rebuild the finished part of my basement. Overall estimate was comparable to others, approximate cost was for full basement and several windows. I ended up choosing a different company but the choice was close.
