Unfortunately, after repeated issues (we’ve had water getting through a basement door, water backing up from drain/sewer pipe, foundation cracks – all which were addressed) we now have had issues with hydrostatic water pressure delivering a great deal of water to our finished basement. Only one solution – drain tiles and sump pump installation. US Waterproofing was outstanding, every step of the way. They communicated clearly what was needed, and much to our surprise, what was not. They did not ever try to sell us anything that was not needed – only what was – installation of drain tile, window well drains, sump pump, and all work related. All of the crews involved were outstanding – in particular, the crews installing the drain tile and sump pump. The supervisor clearly and concisely explained every step – and when issues arose, they were dealt with promptly. The teams removing drywall and reinstalling also did very good work, and were very responsive. Everything was done correctly, and on schedule The work is now complete – and the basement is back to normal. I commend USW on all facets – they explained everything, did not try to oversell anything, and were responsive to issues as they arose. "I contacted Accurate Basement Repair after my basement decided to spring a leak this spring. If Iâ m going to be honest, itâ s happened before, but not to the extent that it did this year. While my basement may need corrective repairs in the future, John made several recommendations for outside work that he suggested that I try first. If those donâ t work, he said I should do the corrective interior work. It wouldâ ve been really easy for John and Accurate Basement Repair to sell me a completely new drain tile installation to correct the issues I was experiencing with my home and I would not have bat an eye at it. If youâ re looking for a repair company that is trustworthy and honest, you donâ t have to look any further than Accurate. If the exterior repairs donâ t do the trick at my house, I will not have anyone else but Accurate do the interior repairs."

Cost increases: I mentioned roots upfront - he said equipment could handle it, then charged $450. Said grading unnecessary, then created false urgency claiming we HAD to grade before concrete. Later said could grade after. Added $1,800. Crew broke drainage pipes, charged me $250. Couldn't move AC condenser despite my asking during estimate. Payment tactics: Said pay "when satisfied." Then requested half early, then full payment before done. When I said work incomplete, he asked "Don't you trust me?" then broke promises. Broken promises: Walkway cured wrong, no follow-up. $1,800 grading included 3-month landscaping - no communication. Promised debris cleanup, later said not responsible. Damaged 4-month fence, couldn't repair properly, paid $300 after pressure. Dismisses costs at estimate, adds them later. Makes promises, then excuses."

"Meant to post these sooner. Thanks to a fantastic job by JRH Landscaping LLC, our yard is back to pristine beauty. Given all my health issues the past year I had fallen so behind on yard work. But Jose and crew came to our rescue. Pulled out all the old cracked and raised plastic black edging, replaced all the old torn up weed barrier with industrial strength thick barrier. Re-mulched all berms and beds around the perimeter of the house which INCLUDED weeding out all beds and trimming all trees and bushes for each. Granted we have have a yard spanning more than 22,000 square feet, this was quite a job for 3 guys. They also hand edged EVERYTHING. Refreshed all stone along the drive way and deck landing. Stump ground various old dead tree and bush stumps. Filled in and sodded the hole left by the pool 24x 52 we recently too down. And lastly took down the 2HUGE dead Ash trees out back. Took all the wood away. cleaned up beautifully and trimmed the remaining box elder limbs. When we got home you didn’t even know they had been there. Not one branch or leave residue left behind. UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME JOB. He did everything we asked for AND MORE. SO SATISFIED. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND JRH LANDSCAPING AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEART BEAT!!! Thanks Jose!!
