"This is THE company to use. I had an old 1907 wooden house sitting on a decaying brick foundation and needing a sister foundation installed and a complete seismic retrofit. Even during the bidding process, Brad from Alpha was extremely attentive without being assertive. I contacted four other companies although one I eliminated since they charged a fee for inspecting. Alpha was very timely with their bid and flexible when I needed help with the budget. All the way through the process, every single person at Alpha was extraordinarily good at customer relations, returned emails immediately, and stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. Whenever there was a slight change to the original plan due to permitting or a plumbing adjustment, Alpha was very proactive and made sure everything was communicated clearly and promptly. I have really NEVER worked with a company that had such excellent communication skills. This is really one reason I selected them to do the work and, even though they may not have been the least expensive, it is worth the extra price for this reason alone. And Alpha Structural's work speaks for itself as well. Everything was done precisely and well beyond code, an unbid section of foundation was provided under the front porch without increase to the budget, and all materials used were of the highest quality. The project went on somewhat longer than estimated due to permit changes and a short weather delay but was still finished in a timely way. My home is our family's largest asset and it is a great relief to now know it is sitting on a solid foundation. "LOVE LOVE LOVE the work Encore builders did for our home! My backyard has a hillside that was a total eyesore. The constant rains caused a muddy mess and I decided it was about time for a change. My coworker recommended Oz over at Encore Builders. She was super happy with the company as they did some artificial turf for their home. I called them up and Brandon and Oz came a few days later to quote me. They arrived on time (they gave me an arrival window) and I could instantly see why they had been recommended. They are knowledgeable and I never felt they were pushy. They suggested I do something called a terraced garden where they would add drip irrigation. Now I know Im a homeowner but this was all foreign language to me. They took their time to explain everything and show me photos of similar projects theyâ ve done. The drip irrigation system would slowly water the plants from the soil itself and is apparently much more efficient than sprinklers (as long as it didnâ t require me to water them I was in). They would create the terraced effect by adding cement bricks (you can see in the photos). They said the job would take 1 - 2 days and they quoted me on the spot. I used Yelp and found another local company just to do my due diligence( I wonâ t name names) but they quoted me FOUR TIMES THE PRICE - not two not three but four. Totally ridiculous, they also sent out a super young kid who didnâ t even know what he was talking about and never offered the high tech options Oz and Brandon suggested. It was a done deal. I called Brandon and OZ and within a week the job was done. We even ended up adding some low voltage lights because I was so happy with how everything was coming together I wanted it to be well lit. Im really really happy and now that the weather is nice I can sit outside and look at the pretty plants instead of staring at a brown hillside - thanks guys!!!!"

"It all went well. Alisa was the designer/project manager. She had really good ideas, listened to my needs, and was very professional. The only issue was with the gazebo. I purchased a kit from another company and I had Green Republic put it together. They did not do it properly the first time, but they did a good job rectifying the situation. New parts were ordered and the gazebo was completely in a timely manner."
