"AZ Foundations solution did a great job repairing our stem wall. We didn t end up needed as much work done as originally estimated, so our balance was adjusted. David who did the repair had excellent customer service and explained everything that he did. My only complaint is we paid our deposit in July and the work wasn t completed until October. They marked the bottom of my house with red dots about 2 inches in diameter showing where the work needed to be done. Other than that we were happy."

"Pros: They responded to my request right away and scheduled a day and time to come to my house. The day of the visit, they called before arrival and arrived on time. Francisco was professional, polite, courteous, and did exactly what I asked. Cons: I was charged $250 to repair an irrigation leak and remove one, small dead shrub. This was for maybe 15 minutes of work. When I mentioned the cost seemed excessive I was told "well, a plumber would charge more." This was an irrigation issue. Overall, great customer service, but ridiculous pricing. Will not be using again."

Work included: Travertine patio and combo artificial turf areas, paver walkways, various trees and plants, irrigation and landscape lighting. When it was all said and done, the communication, design ideas, execution and efficiency of work, cleanliness onsite and the ability to meet budget requirements, far exceeded our expectations!"
