"The owner carefully explained what had to be done to keep my foundation from gradually "caving in", and promised that the work would be done within a couple of weeks. He called two days later, and said the crew could be there that day. Needless to say, I was thrilled! The crew of positive, polite, and extremely professional workers worked carefully and efficiently, and kept me appraised of their progress. I couldn't have been more pleased! This company does exceptional work at a fair price, and its employees are people of character! Great experience all the way around!!!"

"The presentation was long-winded, but professional. He showed his insurance and information, along with BBB rating and articles about his business.  He then gave me an estimate to create a bubbler system for my home to dispel my sub pump water away from the house.  He did give me a very reasonable price, and mentioned HOW they were going to perform the work as well.  He also suggested tying in the downspout that was very close to the location of the sub pump. 
The only thing I didn't like is that on the phone, the owner made it sound like he could squeeze me in fairly quickly, but when I signed the contract, he told me it would be at least a month before he could get to me. He took my down payment of half of the price of the project, and said they would give me a call.  It's been two weeks, so hopefully it does occur before serious snow, because it would be pretty difficult to dig once the ground is hard. 
I think it will be very professionally done when completed, but I would like a solid timeline if I was going to get work done again.

The power washing and sealing were carefully done, and a worker came back the next day to check the work and touch up any small spots that may have been missed. "Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"Salesperson did a complete walk-around of the outside of the house and perimeter of the basement. He identified that the majority of my water problems were from my gutters. He then explained the process they would use to repair the wall leak and another wall crack in the basement wall. I did get my gutters repaired and have not had water problems since. The basement wall repair was completed in one day adn I am very happy with the results."

I had a nice gentleman come to my house later that day, he performed a cleaning service and later was able to camera my pipes to see exactly what was going on. Turns out my sewer line was damaged and that it was in need of repair. 3 days later I had a dig crew at my home ready to go promptly at 8am to begin work. I can't even believe how fast my sewer line was replaced and how professional the crew was. The crew was very careful when digging around my landscape.
