He went a little above and beyond. Previously a part of the walkway was messed up when he was repairing the stairs. He just repaired all that and included that in the price that he already given us. He returned a couple days later and reinforced the steps and made them quieter and they felt a lot stronger. Contractor refuses to repair the buckled portion of the patio without an additional charge, even though the portion that buckled was the portion he reset."
