"Rich was great tp work with. He cut and removed a 5x5 part of my sidewalk so I coukd repair a sprinkler line underneath. Not only did he do a great job, clean cut lines and complete removal, he didn't leave any debree behind, even cleaned up someone elses mistake for no extra charge. He communicated very well, was friendly and timely. Then to top it all off, he was 40 to 110% less expensive than two other bids I recieved. Charlie from landmark construction came over to check and see the work that I wanted to do and after our first meeting, he came back and provided me with several options of color combinations for the paint. In additional to that, Charlie repaired some cracks that the walls had and he included that in the estimate as well. The work was performed by his workers and they did a great job! The tankless system that he installed for me came out as the best part of the work because it provided me with hot water while saving the gas when I'm not using it. During the work, I noticed that Charlie is pretty honest man and his estimate was pretty much very good.
