Cracks filled - grout matches fairly well - you can't spot the patches unless you get close and really look for them, which is good considering the house if 80 years old so there is some discoloration. They went around with me to make sure I was happy before they cleaned up."

"The presentation was long-winded, but professional. He showed his insurance and information, along with BBB rating and articles about his business.  He then gave me an estimate to create a bubbler system for my home to dispel my sub pump water away from the house.  He did give me a very reasonable price, and mentioned HOW they were going to perform the work as well.  He also suggested tying in the downspout that was very close to the location of the sub pump. 
The only thing I didn't like is that on the phone, the owner made it sound like he could squeeze me in fairly quickly, but when I signed the contract, he told me it would be at least a month before he could get to me. He took my down payment of half of the price of the project, and said they would give me a call.  It's been two weeks, so hopefully it does occur before serious snow, because it would be pretty difficult to dig once the ground is hard. 
I think it will be very professionally done when completed, but I would like a solid timeline if I was going to get work done again.

The experience was wonderful.

After 6 months working with two different people to rebuild an old, rotted, front porch, Romeo and his team came in, fixed the mistakes of the last contractor and built a beautiful porch in less than two weeks.  And this during heavy snow and temperatures near zero.  The work is structurally very fine and it is also artistic and appropriate for the old house.  The only thing left is painting which has to wait for warmer weather.

"Fixed a leaking crack in my basement wall. Did a fine job. I also had them replace an aging sump pump with a double enclosed sump pump system. They replaced all the old copper pipes with new PCV and plex type piping. They even cut up the old copper piping and left it for us so we could get some bucks back when we take in for recycling.
