"They showed up on time and were extremely professional, and the bill I received for the materials matched what I was told the costs would be. The guys worked REALLY hard in the pouring down rain to clear out an overgrown backyard and put down landscape fabric and mulch - all in 2 days. I put survey tape around the plants I wanted left untouched and they very carefully worked around them. I also had given them instructions verbally and they did everything as I requested. As time has gone by there are spots where it appears that the fabric didn't overlap because weeds started to pop up in them but it's been easy to remedy. There was a drip system and they did pull the drip heads through the fabric but the heads had gotten broken during the clearing phase but that's been easy to fix. And I wasn't surprised because it would've been hard to avoid them while they were getting all of that other stuff out.
All in all, great work and I definitely recommend them.

"J J Construction owner Khoa Ha completely replaced my upper and lower decks with composite. He solved many problems we were facing with the decks and designed a system to deflect rain water away from the house. The upper deck was 48'x12' and the lower deck 14'x21', also replaced existing stairs, added bench seating. and lights. In addition he also repaired/reflashed metal roof on the lower back of the house and address foundation concerns. His team were great to work with, hard working, professional and courteous. It was expensive for me, but cheaper than the other bids I got. Communication was not great over email. There were a number of times I wasn’t replied to at all or got a partial response. I let them know and they said they’ll work on that. I recommend communicating via text instead which worked much better."
