"I had a 16' x 16' hole in the flagstone around my pool after we removed a hot tub enclosure. Emanuel removed the debris from the area, filled it in with quarter minus, poured concrete and grout and filled it in with new flagstone. We worried about how it would look because the hole was square and all of the flagstone pieces around our pool are different sizes and shapes. We didn't want an obvious "square" flagstone repair. Emanuel spent several days preparing the site, then carefully shaped all of the adjacent flagstone and installed new flagstone. We can't tell that there was ever a hole there because of how he shaped everything! Emanuel is an artist with Flagstone work. He was very prompt and worked long hot hours to get the job done in a week. I thought the price ($3,500) was very fair and I will definitely hire him again. From my experience, you can't go wrong hiring Emanuel!"

"AZ Foundations solution did a great job repairing our stem wall. We didn t end up needed as much work done as originally estimated, so our balance was adjusted. David who did the repair had excellent customer service and explained everything that he did. My only complaint is we paid our deposit in July and the work wasn t completed until October. They marked the bottom of my house with red dots about 2 inches in diameter showing where the work needed to be done. Other than that we were happy."

"Pros: They responded to my request right away and scheduled a day and time to come to my house. The day of the visit, they called before arrival and arrived on time. Francisco was professional, polite, courteous, and did exactly what I asked. Cons: I was charged $250 to repair an irrigation leak and remove one, small dead shrub. This was for maybe 15 minutes of work. When I mentioned the cost seemed excessive I was told "well, a plumber would charge more." This was an irrigation issue. Overall, great customer service, but ridiculous pricing. Will not be using again."

"I hired Dalinghaus Construction to install two push Piers for a freestanding column/wall (bad clay soil causing movement). I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."
