"They never did show up.  I paid the money for the big deal.  They never did call me up and they never did the work.  I contacted them twice, but they never returned my call.  They called me in February.  I told them that my great grandbaby is in ICU and asked them to call me a week later.  I got home from the hospital and they sent me an email.  They wrote that they had lost my phone number and I answered the email & gave them my telephone number; but never heard nothing else from them.  I won't use them.  They were not responsive.  I would say they failed.





We did eventually work out our differences, and we just didn't see eye to eye. I think they are a good company and probably do a good job, they just failed me. I think they were probably just too busy and involved with other projects."
