The day they were supposed to come, their truck broke down. But despite it being a holiday weekend they were able to reschedule within 2 days which was much appreciated. Jamie and his crew were on time and professional. Answered all our questions and their quality of work was exemplary.

Anthony Came over during thanksgiving dinner, we had water coming out the bottom of the toilet. It ended up being a bad toilet ring. He replaced it, flushed it a couple times and there was no more water!

Clean and fast completion of the project after an informative inspection detailing why the water was coming into the house and how their solution would stop it. Assuming we have no water in the future this experience was great all around.

Jack Brady and his crew are very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what he recommends for repair and why. He also answers any questions that his clients have. When the work is being performed, Jack will tell you exactly what will be done in the order it will be done, and what materials his crew will be using. He shows his clients the progress being made before the job is completed. He is also an excellent communicator. I enjoyed having Jack and his crew work in my home. I am very pleased with their work.

We have a historical restoration building in downtown Washington, D.C. We had sent out nationally 75 bids for period construction and historical restoration work. This job included replication or historical tiles in all bathrooms and also replication of historical tiles in all hallways. Also the replication/repair of period wooden windows, which were rotted, also floors needed structural repairs made. There was a large amount of decorative plaster relief work, which had to be repaired, and molds made to replicate areas that were non-existent. The exterior had a great deal of masonry repair work which included repointing of all brick and stone work. Also included in the exterior of this job was stone carvings that needed repair/replacement. Out of all of the responses to our bids which we national bids we centered upon the most knowledgeable and gifted company probably the best in the U.S.A which was Grady"s Construction and Plastering of Wilkes-Barre, PA. His unique gifts had given us the opportunity to bring back the granger and integrity of this very important historical structure in downtown Washington, D.C. His honesty, talent and integrity is above and beyond any rating that your company offers.

Excellent work

This company was extremely reliable and worked very fast to get the job done. We used them to renovate an apartment for rent and they were honest with their prices and even suggested options to save us money. We would definitely utilize them in the future and recommend them. I wish I had taken before and after pictures to show what a great job they did. Also, we were really impressed that the contractor sent us pictures and contacted us every time they completed anything.

First job a m shield performed for us was to cut a opening and create a small doorway for access under crawlspace. Second job was to repair a crack running from top of foundation to bottom of footing. They repaired crack and waterproofed the area. Both jobs came out great. Crew came on time and left area clean when finished. Crew was polite and answered any question i had. Hugo was pleasant to deal with and explained everything needed to be done. I highly recommend
