It is an old historical house on a rock granite foundation. We literally had water coming in during rain storms like a waterfall on one entire side of the house. Once again, Hector and Josh were our main men although there were several other workers coming and going. We has old insulation tor out, mold treatment, extensive motor restoration and sealing work, then waterproofing as well as outside landscaping to lead rain away from house.
