I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. "I want to thank Mark for thinking outside the box and having the integrity to suggest what’s best for the customer. My backyard concrete patio and walkway needed to be repaired due to foundation construction work. I had already talked with two other concrete companies for estimates before Mark stopped by to look at my patio situation. The other estimators told me that the remaining concrete needed to be removed and the entire patio replaced. Of course at great expense. Mark surveyed my patio area and came up with a solution that kept the aesthetic look of the home with a much less expensive repair even though he would not be doing any of the work. They were a couple months out and we set a date to rebuild Masonry walls (from a building fire), Rework Door Thresholds (to add a traditional garage door), and remove an old chimney. Matt even called the night before scheduled work was to commence to reconfirm. The team finished the job in 3.5 days and even patched a hole in my floor next to a door that wasn't in scope. "ErieHome waterproofed my basement. The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. The system is warranted for the life of the house and included within the price, which increased the value of my home."
