"Ken was awesome. He showed up on time, was knowledgeable and honest. It's our foundation, and our interior has cracks from the settling of all the rain, Ken could have told us anything and we would have probably believed him. But he was so honest, and we really appreciated that. He told us that there is some rotting wood in the frame that needs to be replaced asap, to stop the settling, that would cost about $800 including parts and labor. He then said that our foundation looks good, but could probably do with some seismic retrofitting at some point, but not urgent or necessary at this time. We had Foundation Works do the work. The team that did the work was prompt, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and showed us in detail the work that was done. We would definitely hire them again and have referred them to our neighbors."

"Erinn was my initial contact and he gave a very through and fair estimate. We had structural work done to support floor joists and large beams under the garage that needed replacing. Ernesto and his team, Julio, Salvatore and Gilder worked tirelessly to complete the work and were respectful, punctual, informative and good humoured throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. A really great company!!"

"My home is a bit older and needed the foundation repaired, I put it off for a while because of the price of the project but Jordan came to our home and gave us a great rate and I am very pleased with his services."

"The masonry replacement was very well done with bricks the closest match possible given my home was built in 1978. I would have appreciated a more thorough clean-up after the work was completed."

"MVP Remodeling did an amazing job repairing our slab foundation. We also needed new stucco and exterior paint as part of the project and they did great with that too! Josef went above and beyond my expectations. He had amazing communication before, during, and after the repair and the painting. Super professional, the team was here every day on time, and always left everything clean after them! I’m so excited to partner with them for my next project, thank you, Josef!"

"He explained very well the foundation repairs to be done."

"It was beautifully done. Hutch had great ideas on how to display and lay out the ground work. Very satisfied!!"

"It was amazingly easy with the help of Motti Buskila. He understood what I was looking for as a concept and he is a real designer. He is also a certified arborist and when he got done our existing trees looked better than I have ever seen them. The price was fair and the work was superb. Motti did what he said he was going to do and he did it on time. He called back when I called him and he told me when his crew was coming and they came. My husband and I interviewed several other landscapers and Green Republic Landscape with Motti running the operation was by far the most knowledgeable. It was easy to tell that he really knew what he was talking about and he was interested in learning about how we would use the yard and incorporating our ideas into his design. We couldn't be happier with the end result. We now have a drought resistant yard that we can be proud of. He gets 10+ stars as far as we are concerned."

"Mr. Perez, went above and beyond to figure out the problem with my sprinkler system, and the lack of water in parts of my garden. He finally found a broken pipe. He then dug a trench to add a new pipe and to also to equalize the water pressure. He was like a “water whisperer” solving a problem that stumped other folks."
