"Paul responded quickly to my home with an assessment and quote to fix vertical hairline cracks in my concrete block foundation (100 years old). He provided the same information that I got from another mason (similar quote) and a structural engineer (phone consultation). I do that for every contractor. Work started on time and was done thoroughly and very well. They also reinforced two corners with GI mesh and high strength structural repair mortar. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. My basement is in good shape and I just wanted to make the CORRECT repairs, not just slap some cement over it then hide with Drylock. I'm confident in the work that was done and that it'll last another 100 years. Paul is obviously very proud of his work and I really appreciate that. I have to add that I did water diversion on the outside (downspouts and grading) in order to prevent water from getting to the foundation. My old downspouts led underground to a drain to the city system. They were obviously compromised, so capping and extended downspouts were a must. I feel souch better now! Thank you Paul!"

"I never had to deal with the unpleasant experience of having mold in my house until recently. We decided to have CMM over for an estimate and met directly with the owner, Ken. He climbed up into our attic spaces and told us exactly what we needed to do fix our problems. He was very knowledgeable and presented a plan that would eliminate and prevent a reoccurrence of the issue. We hired them. When it was time to do the work, he sent a crew of 2 gentleman (Nick and AJ). These guys were fantastic. They were polite, punctual and went right to work on solving the problems. My daughter used them for the exact same reason and she was very happy with them as well. If you have the misfortune of having a mold issue, I would recommend these guys for sure!"

"The wall cracks were repaired from both the outside and inside. This took one day.  The drain tile work was amazing in that it also took only one day. For the drain tile, a five man crew did all the work in one day. For both jobs, the crews were professional, prompt, polite, hard-working and as clean as such jobs are possible. One thing I liked is that they worked directly for Locktight under the direction of a very knowledgeable crew chief. Each member of the crew had a specialty that he concentrated on but also worked well in the group when needed. The area was cleaned up well and my stuff was returned to the original locations. The work done by Locktight solved the water problems. If anything else in the basement has a water issue, I would definitely rely on this company.

He replaced the fixtures in a tub and a shower, adding shut-off valves and access doors, replaced the garbage disposal, replaced the faucets in 2 bathrooms and repaired a leak in the shower. "This is a superior company to work with. Extremely professional, honest, and friendly to work with. Neverwet came recommended to me by a friend last year when my basement was literally under water. Neil the owner came out himself to do the estimate in hours of notice from my friend that I desperately needed help with the situation in my basement as soon as possible. Neil saw the condition my basement was in and re-arranged his crew to work additional hours outside of the normal work day to get the work done that was required to keep my basement from further flooding. My basement was literally a swimming pool. I've never seen this kind of work being done to jackhammer cement and literally carry hundreds of buckets of cement from the basement to outdoors while still taking every step to keep my house as clean as possible even thought the work was the messiest type of work I've ever seen anyone have to do. When they were finished with the job, they cleaned up after themselves and left my basement in a condition I had never seen it in before. The walls were cleaned of the mold and nice white sheets of mold preventive plastic was put up, the cement floor looked brand new where they had to dig the holes to put all new tiles beneath the floor. It was absolutely the best work I had ever seen completed in such a short time. They did a fantastic job and I never had a water issue again, and their work comes with lifetime warranty. My basement was dry and odor free. 1 year later I sold this home and bought another to which I knew going in I was going to have water issues in the basement. The previous owners had another company come in and do work in the basement, however it was clear that what they did was not working as there was water on the floor and the wall blocks were soaked with water. I knew I was voiding the warranty which came with the home from the other company, however I knew I was making a better decision by having Neverwet come in and do the work. Again Neil and his team did an exemplary job again in a very short time frame as I had a move date already booked. Neil helped with other issues which I had which went above and beyond the job he was hired to do. "The project: Frank's Basement Systems installed new drain tile around about 75% of my basement. They also added their BrightWall in a few areas. Pros: First of all, the project was completed, and I'm very pleased to say that the drain tile seems to be doing it's job. When it rains I'm not seeing any water in the formerly-problematic corner of the basement, so that's a big success. I'll add that our salesperson Ray was an absolute all-star to work with. He did not try to upsell us, and he stayed in communication after the job to make sure we were satisfied. He really made us feel like he wanted what was best for us and our home, and we tremendously appreciated that. Cons: The whole crew called out on the second day what was supposed to be a two-day job, so it ended up taking much longer than we hoped. That second day was a Friday, so we were stuck with the basement a mess over the weekend and into the next week, which was tough. The drain tile had to go under the stairs to the basement and those stairs were absolutely demolished and had to be replaced. They told me while they were on-site that it was going to be my responsibility to replace them which left me without the bottom three stairs to my basement for a couple of weeks, but ultimately they connected me with a contractor who put new stairs in for us. During the job they accidentally caused a leak in one of my steam pipes, but they also helped me find a company that would replace that as well. Lastly, they left the basement a dusty mess. In fact, we still have to wear specific shoes into the basement because even after vacuuming and mopping a few times, it is still so dusty, and that dust gets tracked to the rest of our house if we leave our "basement shoes" on and go anywhere else. Overall: Frank's gave us a good price and, again, we sincerely appreciated Ray's guidance before and after the job. The most important thing is that the drain tile is working, so despite a few challenges we are satisfied with the outcome. We will be calling Ray back in a couple of years when we need to do the rest of the basement...hopefully some of the dust will be gone by then!!"
