"They said their service was not needed. They gave price, but there was no need for them. Project was not needed. Gave good information."

"Alex and Donavan were very thorough. Discovered more than what we called them for. We originally wanted information on sealing cracks to eliminate cricket infestation coming through cracks in stem wall. We were not interested in repairing foundation rebar which is typical in slab homes in AZ. They were knowledgeable and honest in their evaluation of our home."

"I hired Dalinghaus Construction to install two push Piers for a freestanding column/wall (bad clay soil causing movement). I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."

"I was able to meet with Michael a week or so after my initial call to the company. He came to my home to view the site and discuss the details of what I wanted to have done. I appreciated his suggestions, and the photos he was able to provide gave me a good idea of how it would turn out. A remaining concern was getting it done by July 11. In spite of their busy schedule, I was assured they could do it by then. Michael kept me informed about their plans to get started and arrived mid-week to review the details with his job foreman. The crew arrived at 7 am on Thurs July 6 to begin preparing the site, and worked 2 long days (in 99 heat) to have it completed Friday evening. I appreciated their skill and how well they worked together. I look forward to years of enjoying this beautiful and low-maintenance enhancement to my property."

"Everything was awesome. Steven was very friendly, fair, and honest. I will definitely recommend him to friends and have him work on my property again."

"John and his crew did an excellent job of painting the whole exterior of the house. They did everything John said they would do plus. Everything was better than I expected. I would recommend John and his crew to anyone that needs a house painted."

"A -PAC was not too eager to do the job. They never called back after I discussed my chimney problem with Bob. Another company did the repair and did a wonderful job using 4 helical piers stabilizing and jacking the chimney up to it's original position. I would strongly recommend that you include this company in your list of foundation contractors."

"Outstanding. I’ve used them before and Destin always does more than expected. Very reasonable pricing. Great communication as well."

"The quality of work was great and they were excellent. I would absolutely use the service again. Overall, it was a great experience."

"These guys were great!! We had a delivery of a massive new front, all in one piece, very heavy. They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day. Kind of an unusual item to deliver so was concerned about the glass, scratching, damage. Again, 5-star handling and very pleased!!"
