Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. "Stay Dry Waterproofing did some crawlspace work for me. Some of the interior walls were separating from the ceiling, due to a soil expansion problem, so they installed foundation support beams which fixed the problem. They also cleaned/fumagated the crawlspace because they found some fungus/mold. Lastly, they installed an interior perimeter drain system that they connected to the existing waterpump basin. I am absolutely satisfied with all the work! The crew did a great job! I spoke to the crew lead a couple times during the project and he took the time to explain, in detail, everything they were doing and how it was going...he was very informative. It made me confident they were on top of things. Mark Menton (Company President) did the initial inspection which led to work being done. He took photos to show his findings and went over everything in detail and provided me with different options to solve the issues. He was easy to work with and a true professional. After we agreed on the best approach to address the problems he provided an itemized cost list for the project. The cost was very reasonable and very competitive to other estimates I had done. I went with Stay Dry Waterproofing because of their high ratings on their reviews and Mark's professionalism...I'm glad I did. I highly recommend them!"

"Everdry is a company that cares about ME! I have the home warranty. I had bowing basements walls. Everdry corrected the issue with the walls. I was getting ready to finish my basement when I noticed stairstep cracks. I made a call and set up an appointment. Easy call. Representative showed up. We talked about the cracks. I agreed that we should wait and watch for 6 months if the cracks got worse. Six months later, I followed up. Rep came back out. I told him i was going to finish my basement and didn't want to rip down walls if it starting leaking. His concern was for the color of the crack. He set up an appointment to dig up that section of the wall. Crew came out. Sure enough! There was a 6 foot vertical crack that was eventually going to seep water. The vertical crack was repaired and now I have a beautiful finished basement. I trust this company. Any issues I have ever had, the came out and took care of it. I appreciate an honest company.
