"This is the second time I've hired Del Mar for my landscaping needs and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They've managed to turn my overgrown, junky backyard into a beautiful oasis. They removed all of the ugly, weed-infested planters I had and put down a high quality artificial turf. They also made sure my palm trees were removed from their cracked pots and planted into the ground, and help me replace a dead orange tree. Everything looks fantastic now. "I hired Dalinghaus Construction to install two push Piers for a freestanding column/wall (bad clay soil causing movement). I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."

I know quality, and it seems to be getting harder to find in any trade. I was VERY HAPPY to have been referred to C. Perez Sprinkler & Landscape. I met with 3 different "contractors" and Cipriano was the absolute BEST. There was no language barrier at all. Cipriano and his entire crew were VERY professional and thoughtful. "HIC builders is a family owned company, and they did a terrific job at my house. We added an ADU above the garage, remodeled two bathrooms, and did other extensive work on the house. Abraham, the field manager, was responsive and available, flexible when plans needed to change to accommodate structural issues that we discover as the project progressed, and answered my endless questions. The workmen were always on time, courteous, and cleaned up the site every day before they left. "We are thrilled by the results! Mike and his crew took out 10 boxes of dirt from a hill in our back yard all manually! They then installed a 50 x 4ft retaining wall (fully permitted) on the hill. After that poured a 60 x 10 concrete deck and steps to our new upper deck that now overlooks the pool. They then covered the new wall and existing lower wall with new custom colored stucco. We have now doubled our backyard space and for the first time in 12 years be proud to show off our backyard!
