"We had an AMAZING experience with EA Masonry! We called them to ask for a quote to install a 15’ x 20’ patio in our backyard, as well as repair our damaged bulkhead. Dan and Luis were willing to come by the next day - a Saturday - at 8am (this time was convenient for us; they also offered weekday availability). They were on board with our idea from the beginning, which was refreshing because other masons pressured us to make our job bigger than we wanted. This was a problem because our house and yard are fairly small and a larger patio would have been out of proportion. When they arrived to give the estimate, they came prepared with pictures of a few styles of patio pavers so we could immediately see what options they recommended for our space and budget. Once we chose a style we liked, Dan and Luis said they’d check this year’s price of the pavers and then get back to us with an estimate. By 10am that day (again, a weekend) we had a written estimate. Once we accepted, they came back two days later to bring various colored pavers so we could see them in person next to our house. This was perfect; other masons asked us to go online to select colors, and it was harder to envision what the pavers would look like in our space from a computer screen. Because it was a small job and very early in the season, they were able to fit us in their schedule right away, and after only 2.5 days of work we had a stunning finished patio, plus cracks patched and the repairs we needed for our crumbling bulkhead. Throughout the process Dan, Luis, and Kevin were incredible - they arrived when expected, were respectful of us and our space, and kept us apprised of unexpected developments (like the fact that the walkway adjacent to our new patio was installed slightly crooked by the previous owner, so they would have to make minor adjustments to the placement of the patio so it went with the rest of the house). When they were done it looked perfect - they integrated the patio seamlessly with the rest of our house (bulkhead, existing stairs, etc.), and it looks like it's been there all along. They also re-routed the existing downspouts so that rain water didn’t pour all over our new patio, which no other mason offered to do. Working with EA Masonry surpassed all our expectations; their prices were reasonable, they were wonderful to communicate with, they genuinely listened to what we wanted (but provided great opinions when we asked), and the final outcome is way better than we could have imagined. We’ve already asked them for estimates on other projects for our property, and we can’t wait to work with them again soon!"

"New England foundation crack repair was great. From the first call. They explained how they would fix the cracks. And were able to get my job done really fast. Could be happier."

"Henry did a great job he even repaired some cracks which were not originally priced out. I am very pleased with the work he did."

"It went really well. Associate was extremely knowledgable and provided prompt quotes on different things that can done to improve our basement and crawlspace."

"Phil and his crew did a great job, the project was to remove the old deteriorating limestone walkway and replace it with pavers one, new paver walkway was done gorgeously as expected. They also did a beautiful job with removing and trimming shrubs. An excellent team that we would hire again!"

"The best. They show up early and work harder than anyone. Honestly, I didn't think the tree removals were possible. It was ruining both the foundation and fence. Everything was precisely the way I wanted it, at a price which was considerably less than I expected. No unwanted destruction, lots of care. They removed the fabric, but left the budding hyacinths somehow. People I don't know are walking by and yelling out compliments."

"Ultimately, the decision was made to retain more of a horticultural service in order to address removal of some invasive plants and blight issues with fruit trees in the yard. With that said, these folks were prompt in getting back to me right away, and I met with a gentleman named Steve. He was so friendly, helpful, thorough, knowledgeable and very professional. It is evident that they really care about what they do! Honestly, they would be my choice for maintenance services, so I will very likely reach out to them again in the future once the plant issues are resolved."

"I compared three waterproofing companies and Mastercraft by far were the most helpful. They listened to my concerns and provided the best solutions to fit my budget. Mastercraft company and team were very respectful of our home, knowledgeable on the work, and left the area very clean. I am 100% recommending Mastercraft over the other companies I spoke with."

"Yes all done on time within one week. Very professional and business like. Price came in exactly as quoted. The cement people were pros, a great change from people we had to replace. WND"

"Seems to be good so far as the cracks in the foundation were rather large. Time will tell, Very expensive. Jerry D Walpole Ma"
