"The only downside was they had to jackhammer a concrete step which broke some concrete blocks in a retaining wall. However, I was told in advance that it would happen & that they did not do that repair. The work they did to my house fixed the dropped corner of the house , placed level markers & sealed the large crack so it is barely noticeable. They worked quickly & efficiently & pleasantly. I hope I dont need them again but if I do I would definitely call them."

"I've used Jeff's company in the past, so knew the quality and service to expect.  He continues to set high standards.  I worked with Troy, who had a lot of patience and vision.  He made suggestions that enhanced the overall project.  Their first task was to repair a really bad job (done by another company) of removing stumps and roots from trees that were removed earlier in the spring.  They had to fill and level the areas and reseed.   I decided to fill in the holes and seed, thinking I'd save money.  Bad idea.  I should have had Terra do this in the first place;I would have saved time,money and my back and the job would have been done correctly.  Once the new seed was established, they core aerated the entire lawn and did two fertilizer treatments.  The yard hasn't looked this good in several years.  They installed a new tree at the side of the house - the quality of the plant material is excellent and the tree is d*** well.  In my back yard, they removed an existing brick patio that had been in place for 18 years and was falling apart. They repurposed the brick to another area to create a small, intimate seating area under the trees.  They installed new plant materials - Troy did an exceptional job of suggesting unusual materials, which was very appealing. If I wanted the same old thing that everyone has, I would have called someone else.  Again, the quality of the materials is evident.  They had to extend a planting bed and repurposed the existing stone border and added to it with other stone.  They were neat and fast. Troy did great job of following up.  We are already talking about another project to begin next spring.  They don't come much better than this group."

Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. In my experience, they offer the most fair pricing."
