"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. "I used Gil a few years ago to deal with water damage in my home from a leak in the roof and cracks in the foundation. I was so pleased/satisfied/totally blown away by his workmanship and professionalism that I called him immediately to get a quote for replacing my termite-damaged front porch. Gil came out immediately to inspect, and before he could even put his proposal together (much less have a contract in place) he returned the same day and shored up the porch that had severely damaged posts. This was “so that he could sleep at night.” Needless to say, Gil is a consummate professional. He and his crew demolished the entire porch, rebuilt it, painted it, and installed new gutters in under 4 working days. I also asked him to replace a small flat roof portion of my house, which he thankfully finished in 2 days during the heaviest rainfall season in memory.
