"At the initial assessment visit, the worker sent to do the assessment was inattentive, took a couple business calls during the appointment, and didn't seem to be in a hurry. Customer service was lacking in that aspect of the appointment. Didn't have a full understanding of what we had already paid for (pre-purchased service from Angie's List).
