Not that they are any more costly than other companies but it did seem like quite a hefty price for about 3 hours worth of work at over $1,000+ dollars per hour. Well aware of the type of cost that goes into equipment, materials, etc. but still seems a bit overpriced. All that being said, everyone from Steve that explained everything & set it up to Spencer, Oscar & Phillip that performed the job with great care & expertise to Adam with a follow-up visit on the same afternoon to make sure all was good, the team did exactly what I asked that had to be done bring our concrete aggregate front porch steps back to their original position from having settled about 5-6 inches and unlevel!! Would use them again if I had other issues that needed repair with regards to foundation/structural repair."

"Mike Pierce was great to work with! He let me know each step what was going on. I had to have additional work or things were not going to happen but he explained why and what I needed and what would happen if I did not do it that way. I highly recommend him and the company to anyone considering or needing foundation work! Two guys were helping him, Lu and Austin, and they were great, they were professional and hard working. Every time I had to deal with them they were polite and a joy to deal with. These three gentlemen are giving the company a good name!"

Ryan and Josh always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, and provides me with all the options available and I might say the price was way better than I expected. Ryan and Josh does excellent work and I could not be more pleased with the work he has done on my home my floors where squeaking and had lowspots but not anymore!! "We had an incredible experience with Jonathan and his crew. From the first meeting to the proposed design and through the project, we were very pleased and impressed with the process. We moved into the house a few years ago and our back patio gave us issues. It would rise and fall with weather shifts, causing our back door to be unusable at times. We also had a drainage issue down our fence line and an existing flower bed that was falling apart. Jonathan explained what would cause the patio to raise and lower, designed a bigger patio, a French drain for the drainage issue, and a new planter to replace the old. The project took less than a week once they started, and we had rain during that time period that could have slowed them down. We love the new additions to our back yard"

"Casa Grande Construction was fantastic. We have a vinyl home. We had a water leak and hired Casa to completely replace the vinyl in the rear of our home. When the vinyl was removed there was obvious wood damage to the wall and to the vertical 2x6 support boards. They replaced all the rotten wood and finished the vinyl in a week. The wood repair cost them 2 additional days, but still got if finished in a week. No mess along the way and great communications with me. Highly recommend."
