"While expensive unfortunately it had to be done. Not that they are any more costly than other companies but it did seem like quite a hefty price for about 3 hours worth of work at over $1,000+ dollars per hour. Well aware of the type of cost that goes into equipment, materials, etc. but still seems a bit overpriced. All that being said, everyone from Steve that explained everything & set it up to Spencer, Oscar & Phillip that performed the job with great care & expertise to Adam with a follow-up visit on the same afternoon to make sure all was good, the team did exactly what I asked that had to be done bring our concrete aggregate front porch steps back to their original position from having settled about 5-6 inches and unlevel!! Would use them again if I had other issues that needed repair with regards to foundation/structural repair."

Sawyer Williams was great at explaining the issue and the costs, and it was a no pressure visit. He explained to me the four causes of water in a crawlspace and suggested the best way to SOLVE the problem, not put a band aid on it. They have just finished a full encapsulation, sump pump, and dehumidifier with a digital thermostat I can monitor from in my home. The workmen came out on schedule - were friendly, responsible, and efficient. Sawyer came back to get under the house and inspect their work. I became aware of White Shovel Landscaping on Angie?s List when they had a special introductory offer.  On the initial visit the representative took pictures of my house and we discussed the work I wanted done.  He was very professional and asked lots of questions in order for their proposal to reflect the scope of work and types of plants I wanted.  The next visit he had a baseline proposal with pictures of what my house would look like.  He also presented other options.  I requested some changes and he came back quickly with the final proposal.   The team came as scheduled and completed the project in one day.  The team leader answered all my questions about the care and feeding the plants so they could be properly maintained.  I am very pleased with the final product.  It is everything I hoped it would be.  I whole-heartedly recommend White Shovel Landscaping.
