"They gave us an estimate which I was happy with and arrived on the scheduled day to complete the work.  One of the cracks was much larger than we thought so they needed to com back with a different product.  They came back but with an insufficient amount to complete the job.  It took a long time to complete but it was sufficient to keep water out of the basement.  Just realize that tax is not included in the estimate."

"Keegan showed up for the initial view and listened to what I was looking for. Provided estimate in couple of days and we agreed upon the job. I wanted a flowerbed with plants that didn't require much tending, also a minimalistic look. The only requirement was to save some irises that my mom planted for me. Keegan and his associate Eddie cleaned up everything and prepared the flower bed for planting. They brought exactly what I wanted, various colorful grasses and lavender plants. They also restored two containers that were overgrown with weeds and when they cleaned them up, they planted bright yellow mums in them. They now rim the path to the house and make a marvelous point of entrance. Keegan also asked if I wanted a mulch or small pebble cover. I was intrigued by that as it brought to mind a Japanese simple gravel gardens and I agreed. The guys finished (took them two days for everything) and the front of the house looks marvelous now. They also cleaned up the small trees and the wild bush and bagged everything in recyclable paper bags. I found both men very friendly, kind and respectful. As a lone woman dealing with everything on my own, I felt very comfortable with both of them and I would recommend their services, especially to lone women who need this kind of help and are concerned about being taken advantage of. There is no fear of that happening."

"I contacted Antonio from Roger landscaping and concrete to get an estimate on a totally botched up sidewalk and stair job. I was in desperate need to have somebody fix the disaster that was left to me and my family, let alone my house. We originally hired a contractor back in July who made a total mess of my property and Home Advisor did nothing to help us with the mess that Joseph Arbore & Sons left here. I tried to contact many other contractors and none showed up. I waited countless days and hours on others and the responses and excuses were horrendous. Finally thank God, I found Antonio and his family. I contacted him and he showed up when he said he was going to show up giving me the estimate so we could decide if we will proceed with the work. When Antonio came to look at the disaster we decided that we would work with him as I felt he was honest and FAIR and the project commenced as we planned and as we discussed amongst ourselves. He and his sons and father in law are extremely meticulous. And it truly shows in their work. I must say that they really had their work cut out for them because fixing this mess was something that a contractor would really not want to take on. He completely redid the long front walkway and side walkway, redid the botched up stair job with bluestone, resurfaced the front foundation of the home and more. This has got to be the most reliable family run company I’ve ever dealt with and it was truly a pleasure. The job was completed in full yesterday and we can’t be happier. Truly professional at what they do. They also show up EARLY and work a full day. I did not have this experience with the other so called contractor. In fact we are so pleased, that we are going to be using Roger for our Spring project which will consist of a small patio, and much more. I simply cannot be any happier. At least now I can have people come for the holidays and not have to worry about someone being injured on the walkway. Roger landscaping is reasonable, RELIABLE and are meticulous about their work and for that I am MOST grateful. I look forward to seeing them in the spring. I highly recommend them. "Jorge and his crew were excellent with their craftsmanship. They took up and removed the concrete front walkway that was cracked and crumbing and put down beautiful pavers in an elegant design. Then evened out and resurfaced my front steps which were cracked and crumbing.. The pricing was consistent with their job Excellent. They arrived on time , cleaned up the debris and were courteous and explained everything as they did the job."

"To summarize quickly, I cannot speak highly enough of Diggs Building Technologies. I am absolutely blown away by what they accomplished and would hire them again without hesitation. Worth every penny. For the past 5 years, I have been restoring/rennovating a 1890 Balloon Frame Colonial in Tillson, NY. While the original house foundation was extremely well built and well-mainted, I canâ t say that much about the 2 story enclosed porch put on in the 1920â sâ ¦ The foundation was crumbling; the first floor walls were bowing out and the floor had settled 3+ inches. To further complicate the matter, all the mechnicals of the house (water, sewage, and gas) ran through that back porch foundation making the project extremely complex in scope. Despite these massive issues on the first floor, the 2nd floor of the porch was in great shape and it was important for us to find a builder who could rebuild the entire bottom half of the structure while also preserving the top. This was no small feat. Much to my surprise, Tim and his crew (alongside their engineer) were able to do just that. With precision, they navigated the mechanicals, removed the old foundation and floor and then went on to replace both of those elements. While doing this, the room above stayed untouched. Not one crack on the walls, not one bow in the floor, and shockingly - all 4 of the original casement windows still opened and close. Overall, they did an excellent job and I would hire them without hesitation again. If you are dealing with any foundation issues, I encourage you to hire Tim, Jake, and Jesse. They are the only team I would trust doing this type of work."
