"Let me start off by saying the customer service and follow-up was excellent. However, the initial install job was not what I expected. The cleanspace wall system was extremely loose and basically not functional. There was an air-handler butted up against the wall so it certainly made it difficult. Had they told me that there wasn't enough room I would have waited till I got the unit moved so they could install it properly. Overall, the entire project was sub-par and certainly not representative of the brochure they showed me showing their products and quality of work. So I took pics and sent them to Frontier. I got a call back from the sales manager Dustin the next morning, who told me it was unacceptable and that he would come out personally to fix the install. He literally came out the next day and brought it back up to a higher quality standard. He really brought this experience from a negative to a positive . He did the right thing. Thanks Dustin!"

Not that they are any more costly than other companies but it did seem like quite a hefty price for about 3 hours worth of work at over $1,000+ dollars per hour. Well aware of the type of cost that goes into equipment, materials, etc. but still seems a bit overpriced. All that being said, everyone from Steve that explained everything & set it up to Spencer, Oscar & Phillip that performed the job with great care & expertise to Adam with a follow-up visit on the same afternoon to make sure all was good, the team did exactly what I asked that had to be done bring our concrete aggregate front porch steps back to their original position from having settled about 5-6 inches and unlevel!! Would use them again if I had other issues that needed repair with regards to foundation/structural repair."

Ryan and Josh always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, and provides me with all the options available and I might say the price was way better than I expected. Ryan and Josh does excellent work and I could not be more pleased with the work he has done on my home my floors where squeaking and had lowspots but not anymore!! They also took care of my moisture problems and remediation of some mold the right way. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you again gentleman!"

"We had an incredible experience with Jonathan and his crew. From the first meeting to the proposed design and through the project, we were very pleased and impressed with the process. We moved into the house a few years ago and our back patio gave us issues. It would rise and fall with weather shifts, causing our back door to be unusable at times. We also had a drainage issue down our fence line and an existing flower bed that was falling apart. Jonathan explained what would cause the patio to raise and lower, designed a bigger patio, a French drain for the drainage issue, and a new planter to replace the old. The project took less than a week once they started, and we had rain during that time period that could have slowed them down. We love the new additions to our back yard"
