"Within a few months of buying our first home, we noticed some troubling signs: bedroom doors swinging open or closed on their own, “bubbles” and creaks in sections of the newly renovated floors, and significant cracks splitting the concrete in our garage. Although two general inspectors assured us that our house was level, we reached out to Bay Area Underpinning (BAU) for a more detailed assessment—and we're so glad we did! Inspector Christopher Murray conducted a meticulous inspection with radar equipment. While technically our house was level, Christopher uncovered that our foundation was sinking by inches in multiple areas, explaining the issues we were experiencing. Though the news and associated repair cost were a bit daunting as new homeowners, Christopher’s knowledge, professionalism, and clear answers to all our questions reassured us that we were in good hands. With confidence, we decided to proceed with BAU for the repair. Fredy Mora and his crew did exceptional work with the demo of the old concrete slabs and the prep for lifting, working quickly and efficiently. Fredy’s positive attitude made the process smooth, and his team was thorough and dedicated from start to finish. A special thank you to our lift project manager, Kevin Gaeden. Kevin was an outstanding communicator, keeping us fully informed and addressing every question promptly. His attentiveness made a huge difference throughout the project, and we felt reassured every step of the way. Esteban Ibarra, a crewmember on the lift team, also did superb work, handling the hands-on details with skill and care. Both Kevin and Esteban even went above and beyond, taking time to fix a jammed bedroom door that had shifted with the house lift. While foundation issues are never easy, we couldn’t have asked for a better team. We’re incredibly grateful to Bay Area Underpinning for their expertise, professionalism, and exceptional service. Thank you, BAU!"

"We were in need to Remodel our Bathroom due to leak from the pipe in between two Bathrooms and change out the plumbing of our house from galvanized steel to copper, upgrade drain to ABS pipes. Geico Builders crew had an immediate availability to solve our issues. Mila was assigned to our project as a project manger. The communication of the project manager was outstanding as well as guidance on what has to be purchased for completing our beautiful Bathroom. Once the water leak was discovered and the subfloor damage was assessed. A repair plan was quickly in place for the leak. Plus a plan to restructure and build a stronger subfloor. Overall, Mila and Supervisor Ruiz and their team were very excellent at staying on schedule and completing the project with quality workmanship. Overall we are very happy with our beautiful new bathroom. Our renovation project was completed on time and the new look absolutely met our expectations. Our main expectations/requirements were a regular shower pan, the shower walls and the flooring, all done with quality porcelain tile. Adding a shampoo niche and 2 safety grab bars in the shower area. Plus the bench which I am so happy with. All of these items were installed with attention to detail and with quality workmanship. Thank you Geico Builders for your professionalism and hard work we are truly Happy with everything you had done to our house and looking forward to work with you for our new project which is going to be Kitchen Remodeling by next year."

"I recently hired Just Stamping Concrete for a landscaping project, and I must say that I was blown away by their work. Their team is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they truly transformed my outdoor space into a beautiful oasis."

"Alfredo responded to our inquiry regarding a concrete walkway in a very prompt manner. He came to the house, inspected and measured, gave us a proposal within two days. His price was very fair given the scope of the project. We got other bids and his price was in the middle. He followed up with us in an appropriate time frame and we chose him to do our project. He came on time the day he said he would. Throughout the project he was open to any questions. He and his crew were polite and efficient. He finished in the time frame he had said he would. He actually did a bit more in that he cleaned up and finished the area involved to the point you would not know any work had been done. We could not be more pleased. We highly recommend him."

"After dealing with frequent roof repairs, we finally decided on a complete replacement for our Livermore home. Avi kept us informed every step of the way, and the finished roof exceeded our expectations. It's made a noticeable difference during hot summer days."

"At first, we had a little miscommunication because I wasn't clear about the placement of my patio. It was off by a few feet which made it seem smaller than I wanted. Technically, they fulfilled the contract so I figured I was just going to have to live with what I got. I was wrong. Instead of blowing me off or telling me they could tix it for $XXX more, these guys were ready and willing to do whatever it took to make me happy with the job. They offered 3 options for fixing it - none of which cost me a nickel. I ended up with a patio that exceeds my expectations. I absolutely love, love, love my new patio and highly recommend Elite Concrete Construction, Inc."

"I hired Danny to replace four bedroom windows that had been leaking when it rained. From the moment he inspected the windows until the day he finished the project, he displayed professionalism, expertise, and efficiency. He not only made sure the job was done but also made sure it was done right. I appreciated his attention to detail and explanations of what happened, why it happened, and what repairs needed to happen. Danny also respected my home and made sure to always clean and tidy the debris that had been made during the construction. I enjoyed working with Danny and would recommend him to anyone who needs home repairs or improvement."

"answered my request for hauling away farm equipment promptly, arrived on time, friendly, professional, offered an estimate for drainage work."

"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

"On time and did excellent work. A bit expensive, but it was a difficult job. Very pleased."
