"LOVE LOVE LOVE the work Encore builders did for our home! My backyard has a hillside that was a total eyesore. The constant rains caused a muddy mess and I decided it was about time for a change. My coworker recommended Oz over at Encore Builders. She was super happy with the company as they did some artificial turf for their home. I called them up and Brandon and Oz came a few days later to quote me. They arrived on time (they gave me an arrival window) and I could instantly see why they had been recommended. They are knowledgeable and I never felt they were pushy. They suggested I do something called a terraced garden where they would add drip irrigation. Now I know Im a homeowner but this was all foreign language to me. They took their time to explain everything and show me photos of similar projects theyâ ve done. The drip irrigation system would slowly water the plants from the soil itself and is apparently much more efficient than sprinklers (as long as it didnâ t require me to water them I was in). They would create the terraced effect by adding cement bricks (you can see in the photos). They said the job would take 1 - 2 days and they quoted me on the spot. I used Yelp and found another local company just to do my due diligence( I wonâ t name names) but they quoted me FOUR TIMES THE PRICE - not two not three but four. Totally ridiculous, they also sent out a super young kid who didnâ t even know what he was talking about and never offered the high tech options Oz and Brandon suggested. It was a done deal. I called Brandon and OZ and within a week the job was done. We even ended up adding some low voltage lights because I was so happy with how everything was coming together I wanted it to be well lit. Im really really happy and now that the weather is nice I can sit outside and look at the pretty plants instead of staring at a brown hillside - thanks guys!!!!"

"Mike Guttman and this project exceeded my expectations in every way and at a reasonable price as well. Our new backyard was a mess - no lawn, downhill slope, unusable. Mike and his crew, who are amazing, poured a big patio for us, leveled the whole yard, built a fence, put in sprinklers, handled drainage from our downspouts, put in sod and even widened our driveway. My neighbors and friends are blown away by the change. We have a gorgeous backyard now intead of a brown hill. They came up with ways to save me money, were great to work with, respectful of our home and worked so hard and with such a great attitude I sort of missed them when they were gone. Many friends thought the project cost twice as much. He gave us a whole new space in the backyard and was fun to work with. I am going to use them for our front yard too. He is also a certified arborist and when he got done our existing trees looked better than I have ever seen them. The price was fair and the work was superb. Motti did what he said he was going to do and he did it on time. He called back when I called him and he told me when his crew was coming and they came. My husband and I interviewed several other landscapers and Green Republic Landscape with Motti running the operation was by far the most knowledgeable. It was easy to tell that he really knew what he was talking about and he was interested in learning about how we would use the yard and incorporating our ideas into his design. We couldn't be happier with the end result. We now have a drought resistant yard that we can be proud of. He gets 10+ stars as far as we are concerned."
