"Our house has some water damage issue in the first floor and basement. The company sent Landon to our house. He is very kind, smart and knowledgeable person. He inspected the house and honestly explained that he did not see any house foundation issues. The water leaking issues were caused by pipe broken. He said "If you house has any foundation issues, please contact us". We will definitely use them for any foundation related repair jobs in the future."

"I had tight time constraints and Sundry Waterproofing delivered!
A previous plumber had dug 5-6 feet below the dirt line and made some holes in my foundation to fix a sewer drain issue.  Unfortunately, the plumber never finished the job and left me with several holes in my foundation and a pile of dirt in my driveway.
Upon my call, Sundry came out the next day and gave a reasonable quote to fix this, as well as replace some insufficient vapor barriers in my crawl spaces.  I agreed and they were able to schedule the job quickly.
On service day, the work crew, headed by William, arrived on time and got to work.  The crew (especially William) was very professional and got the job done in about 3 hours.
I thank William and his crew for a job well done, and Curt (the owner) for his flexibility.  I highly recommended these folks.

"Rafeal does great work. I hired to lay a concrete foundation for a room addition about 3 yrs ago and last year, he extended my concrete front porch. Both jobs were done prefectly!"

"Islas Masonry Solutions did an exceptional job. We needed a concrete walkway constructed immediately for my 87 year old mother. Franciso Jr. met us at my mother's home, he was on time and provided an estimate. He began the project on time, finished on time, cleared away and cleaned all debris from the yard and street. He was extremely professional and the concrete walkway is exceptional work. I highly recommend this company for any stone, brick, block or stucco work you may need. We have dealt with other contractors and Franciso treated us like family. If he you can make an 87 year old mother, grand-mother and great grandmother happy, you are the REAL deal. Excellent work and Exceptional Service!"

"AquaGard did an awesome job repairing a foundational washout underneath my pool patio."

"This is hands down the best company I have ever hired. They were professional, honest, thoughtful, hardworking, efficient and all around nice people. From William on site to Myra answering our calls to JC working to fit our needs. We had a major problem with water in our crawl space & where others were overwhelmed by the job, CGS knew exactly what to do and fixed our problem. They did what they said they were going to do and showed up when they said they would and made sure to ask if we had any questions and answered them thoroughly. William and his crew did a beautiful job on our crawl space and made it look 100% better than when they started. AND they had the best price out of all the estimates we got! I wish there were more companies out there today with this level of integrity and professionalism. I wish I could give them 10 stars! I have recommended them to several of our neighbors."

"They were able to meet with me promptly, they provided a viable solution, a fair estimate and got the job done. What more can you ask for?"

"King Waterproofing team were very professional, They did an excellent job with waterproofing & fixing the problem I had with water entering my basement."

"Hugo was prompt and professional in coming out and giving us an estimate and an overview of what he was going to do. We were not sure if our problems were due to a leaky shower or if it was due to a foundation problem. Nevertheless we chose All-Pro Waterproofing to ensure we covered all our bases. It would have been good if we had an overview of what problems were or were not found once the project was completed. The crew who came to the house did an exemplary job of cleaning up and took care not to disturb the plants around the work area."

"Although results of the repair will be determined in the future, very happy so far with performance of the crew and the efficiency which with work was performed and the price was reasonable."
