"Alex and Donavan were very thorough. Discovered more than what we called them for. We originally wanted information on sealing cracks to eliminate cricket infestation coming through cracks in stem wall. We were not interested in repairing foundation rebar which is typical in slab homes in AZ. They were knowledgeable and honest in their evaluation of our home."

"Pros: They responded to my request right away and scheduled a day and time to come to my house. The day of the visit, they called before arrival and arrived on time. Francisco was professional, polite, courteous, and did exactly what I asked. Cons: I was charged $250 to repair an irrigation leak and remove one, small dead shrub. This was for maybe 15 minutes of work. When I mentioned the cost seemed excessive I was told "well, a plumber would charge more." This was an irrigation issue. Overall, great customer service, but ridiculous pricing. Will not be using again."

"I am a very picky person on how I like things done. This has been the best experience I have ever had with work done at my house. I needed the wall behind the fire pit completely redone as it was cracked badly. Emanuel and his crew tore down the old wall and dug a better foundation, added more bars to the structure to make it more solid. I had flagstone removed from the seating area & fire pit surface and replaced with travertine tiles. The bottom portion was to be stucco but in mid project I changed my mind and asked Emanuel to place a stone facade knowing it would be extra money which I thought it was reasonable. Emanuel was very supportive even though it was altering his timeline. We are super happy with the results. Emanuel and his crew are the best! I wish every person had the work ethics and detail oriented principles that Emanuel exhibits on his work."

"They did a wonderful job every month took care of my grass and fix what needed to be fix. Overall they are professional and did a awesome job"

"They repaired a large crack in my slab floor and installed a dryer system to dry the dirt under a section of my slab that was causing the issue. They did excellent work determining the issue and resolving."

"They were hired to inspect and fix the foundation in my older home."

"Bobby was here when he said he would be and he and his crew did everything professionally. He even explained how the prior slab had issues and how he made sure this one would not. He also explained and showed me the slope and also how to protect the expansion joint. Great job. I'll use him again."

"Manuel did such a great job. He brought in a bobcat to remove a bunch of dirt and hauled it away and then poured the concrete and the result was fantastic. I can now park my truck in the back behind my gate. I would 100% hire him again to pour concrete for me and would recommend him to anyone I know."

"These guys were the easiest company to work with. They showed up on time every time they said they would. They were quick to update me on what was needed and provided me a very fair quote that was thousands below all of the others I received. The quality of work was outstanding and they did regular walk through a to make sure I was happy with the work. Last, they cleaned up any messes and always left a clean worksite. I have a bathroom remodel coming up and will absolutely be using them again."

"Ted showed up on the time and date we scheduled. He assessed my home’s foundation and determined that the level of repair needed did not require his company’s intervention. I was extremely impressed with Ted’s honesty and forthrightness. In a world where homeowners are often faced with costly repairs it was refreshing to deal with Ted and by extension Dalinghaus Construction. If in the future I have need of such services I would not hesitate to call upon Ted and Dalinghaus Construction."
